YONI STEAMING
Yoni Steaming (also known as chai yok, v-steaming, bajos steam, and pumpum steams) is a womb cleanse. Some describe it as a facial for the vagina. Although for many in the U.S. this is a new concept, throughout the rest of the world it has been practiced for centuries and mainly performed by midwives and healers. With the introduction of modern gynecology, so disappeared the practice of yoni steaming but it is making a major comeback.
What does it entail? Every woman fills in an intake form, from there the herbal blend is selected to best suit her needs. She then sits over a pot of herb-infused steam that is nestled inside of a wooden sauna. She is covered with a steam gown for modesty. Some like to enhance the detox benefits by also wearing a cloak to promote the release of toxins through sweat.
